NitroIndex is a search-intelligence platform operated by Tux Up, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NitroIndex at https://nitroindex.com (the "Service").

Communications

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Tux Up, LLC cancels it.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Tux Up, LLC with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Tux Up, LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account.

Free Trial

Tux Up, LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. At any time and without notice, Tux Up, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel such Free Trial offer.

Fee Changes

Tux Up, LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Tux Up, LLC will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change.

Refunds

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Tux Up, LLC on a case-by-case basis and granted in the sole discretion of Tux Up, LLC.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

In addition, Content found on or through this Service is the property of Tux Up, LLC or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content for commercial purposes without express advance written permission from us.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
